A family outing to one of the many delicious restaurants in town usually promises some form of entertainment. Many restaurants offer live music or DJs, or you can call over one of the wandering mariachi bands for some authentic music while you dine. Green Room restaurant has a kids’ corner with games and coloring to keep the little ones entertained while adults enjoy dinner. Little groms can get their skate on at the skate bowl in Puddlefish restaurant while parents eat and drink. And, if you have room for dessert, there are plenty of delicious options for ice cream, frozen yogurt, and pastries along the main avenue!

Green Room has live music entertainment every single night. Find this delicious restaurant and great atmosphere in the center of town. Many other places offer live music and DJs: Puddlefish, Casa Jorge, Mono Verde, Jaco Bar, and others. There’s something special about live music in paradise! All types of music enthusiasts will find their spot, as in Jaco you can hear Rock n’ Roll, house, tropical house, acoustic, Latin music, and more. From your typical American sports bar to high-end nightclubs, Jaco has it all. For the best craft beer, check out Puddlefish, Green Room, and Beer House. Those that want to dance the night away can have the time of their life at the many clubs that line the main avenue–Le Loft, Back Room, Orange Pub, Black Marlin, and XTC. Tips for Partying in Jaco

Partying in Jaco is an all-night experience. Most venues don’t fill up until after 10 pm and stay open until the sun rises in the morning. You’ll find exciting nightlife any day of the week. Nightlife here is generally very safe if you exercise common sense and caution. Like any destination, stick with your friends, control your alcohol consumption and leave valuables at home. You’ll also want to avoid accepting drinks from strangers and leaving your beverage unattended.
