Most locals do many of the same things that visitors come here to do! You will find plenty of locales surfing in the water, and they’ll be happy to share the waves with you as there are always plenty rolling in. You’ll also see them biking in Miro Mountain, hitting the gym, playing soccer on the beach, hiking to the waterfalls, and enjoying the beach. They will greet you when you walk into their businesses or dine in their restaurants. You’ll also run into them out on the town at night. So, please be respectful and say hello—locales are very nice and love to meet visitors.
